We have seen the weight aspects from the perspective of Nine Lagnas i.e. Mesh, Vrishbh, Mithun, Karka, Simha, Kanya, Tula, Vrischik and Dhanu so far in the last two blogs. We will continue our journey with last three Lagnas i.e., Makar, Kumbh and Meena in this blog.

Makar (Sagittarius) Lagna: Natives generally possess a thin physique, strong bones and muscles. Placement of Shukra (Venus) being yoga karaka for this lagna is important to see good weight management. Shani (Saturn) placement is important as he is Lord of his lagna. These natives are steady in their diet routines and can stick to them, as second house of eating is also owned by Shani. They are generally hard working so can adapt to any exercise routines.
