Mesha (Aries) Lagna

Persons born under this lagna possess lean and muscular body and middle stature. If the lagna lord Mars (Mangal) is strong then such natives are athletic if there is any affliction to the lagna then they get in to trouble with weight issues (other astrological parameters need to be seen). These natives are quick to try new diet or exercise regimes but have tendency to leave things midway, they need continuous motivation to stick to routines.
